Welcome to Rubber Duck Truck Parking

Facility Rules

Rubber Duck Truck Parking is designed to provide professional drivers and trucking companies with a clean, convenient, secure place to park their equipment.

By entering or using the facility, all customers, drivers, guests, and visitors agree to follow these rules. Failure to follow the rules may result in fines, loss of parking privileges, removal from the property, towing, or other action permitted by the parking agreement and applicable law.

  1. 1.Park in Your Designated Space

Every reservation is assigned a numbered parking space. That space belongs to you for the duration of your active reservation.

Park only in your assigned space. Do not park in another customer's space or block drive lanes, gates, entrances, exits, or access to other vehicles.

Monthly customers will return to the same designated space throughout their parking term. Fleet customers with multiple spaces will have their designated group of spaces maintained for their account.

We will only change an assigned space when necessary and will contact the customer in advance whenever possible.

  2. 2.Respect Other Drivers and Their Property

Treat fellow drivers, employees, guests, and their property with respect.

Harassment, threats, fighting, vandalism, or behavior that interferes with another customer's use of the facility will not be tolerated.

  3. 3.Keep Your Space Clean

Customers are responsible for keeping their parking space and surrounding area clean.

Do not throw trash, cigarette butts, food, fluids, or other debris onto the property.

An on-site dumpster is available for appropriate personal trash generated during your stay. Do not dispose of hazardous materials, automotive fluids, tires, large commercial waste, or other prohibited materials in the dumpster.

  4. 4.Pets Are Welcome

Pets are welcome at Rubber Duck Truck Parking.

Pets must remain under the owner's control, and owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets.

Failure to properly clean up after a pet will result in a $25 pet cleanup fee. Repeated violations may result in loss of parking privileges.

  5. 5.No Mechanical or Repair Work in the Yard

Routine inspections and quick checks are permitted, but mechanical repairs and other repair work are not permitted in the Rubber Duck parking lot.

This includes engine repairs, oil changes, fluid changes, welding, and other mechanical work.

If you need mechanical service, Doug's Wrecker Towing Service is located directly across the street and provides mechanical, tire, towing, and related services.

Customers may leave their trailer in their assigned Rubber Duck space, take their truck across the street for service, and return to the facility when the work is complete.

  6. 6.No Tire Service in the Yard

Tire changes, tire repairs, tire mounting, tire replacement, and other tire service are not permitted in the Rubber Duck parking lot.

For tire service, contact Doug's Wrecker Towing Service, located directly across the street.

Rubber Duck Truck Parking is not responsible for unattended personal property or cargo.

  13. 13.Gate and Access Credentials

Access credentials are issued to authorized customers and must not be shared with unauthorized individuals.
